I agree. IMO not worth it for a nostalgia act. Also what else are they going to play? It can't just be TOTD songs.PJ_Soul said:Wow. I might have to take a trip for this. (edit: whoops. Maybe not. $215 USD for a pair? Seems a bit excessive)

Cool. If I score 10C tix to MSG great!0

True - but they have to flesh out a set of like 15-20 more songs. What are they playing? Makes as much sense to play pearl jam songs as soundgarden songs. Can't be 15 coversPJ_Soul said:
I'm sure he'll at least show up in Seattle. But he just does one song, so probably wouldn't join them for the whole tour. But you never know. Either way, he's not an actual member of the band, so even if he shows up for each show to do Hunger Strike, there's no reason for him to be listed as a band member.mwelchons said:Dumb question probably, but no vedder?

If I knew where it was I would take you there.0 -
I wouldn't expect them to play any SG or PJ songs (maybe, but I doubt it, and certainly not PJ ones. Why would they have PJ play at a TOTD concert? That wouldn't really be normal). Apparently they have several unheard songs from the original sessions though, and they are supposedly going to be on a deluxe reissue. So I am guessing that they play those as well as most of or all of the original album.mjb said:

Why Philly? Why a state that supports the Trump/Pence ticket when Pence represents everything PJ is against and PJ should be doing everything in their power to stop him (based on the precedent they set by their strong stance against hb2?)

Can someone explain this to me please?
CD 1
Original album newly mixed in 192/24 stereo by Brendan O’Brien
Since when can you write 24 bit depth music to a CD? I'm pretty sure a cd can only handle 16/44. Is this a mistake and it was remastered for the vinyl at that level?0 -
Anyone get a Cornell or SG email yet? I have nothingI've met Rob

All good points. Curious to see what these become, also if they tour with opening support.PJ_Soul said:
