    I had to cancel my subscription then create a whole new account and then my code worked so I'm all set.
    Still no word from TMR but 10c was very helpful throughout

    I received my response today from 10C after alerting them I did not receive an email. The information they provided me allowed me to place my order with no issues. They claimed an email was sent, but I was unable to locate in my inbox or any junk receptacle.

    After trying three times to use PayPal and two times using my credit card, my payment was declined every time.
    I guess that is a sign for me, being hesitant of buying this, not to go any further with this.

    Same Here, So I have a Code now, They blamed Comcast. Why not, I blame Comcast for a lot of things.
