Amazing experience, prolly the best part to me was the break when they had to set up the machine to cut side 2. They were just up on stage hanging out talking to the audience. It was like a show in my living room, just wow.

    Congrats!

    How many people were there?
Maybe 150, Chris Bosch, Keith Urban, the Mayor of Nashville. The 25 10C members that got passes at Grimeys and their +1s, and then guests of the band and Third Man. In the picture below I am right behind the guy in the white hat....still can't believe yesterday happened.

Thanks! And I thought being one of 400 for 2 songs at Colbert was cool

Did anybody on the wait list get in? I was 13th and never got an email. Anybody try to wait in line to get in?

I went down and i recognized a few people who stood near me at Grimeys. I was number 1 on the wait list so I figured if a spot came open the best chance I had was to actually be there. When they started passing out bands and checking names on the list, I told the girl that I was first on the wait list and I just wanted to let them know I was there in case something opened up. She looked for the name, checked again, asked again, etc. She was trying to be very helpful (also nice). Here is the problem... she had no information from the wait list from Grimeys. She said other people had mentioned it to her but no one had given her anything regarding a waitlist for 10C members. There were about 25 people waiting, a mix of Grimeys 10c wait list people and people who just showed up to see if they could get in. The TMR people did stop by and, as nice as they could put it, explained that no one extra would be getting in but we could wait until the line moved in if we wanted. Most did and then we got the final 'capacity' speech.

No doubt, don't pay to much. They were not limited at the show, so you could buy as many as you wanted at $50 each. Not sure how many they printed maybe 200.

Good to know, thanks Kevin. This might be something that shows up in the TMR vault novelties soon in that case.

Of the earth with Jack? Wooah!

Am I the only one that's meh on that song?
Never felt that song. It feels weird to me. But maybe Jack made it flow better(?)
It's not meant to flow really - its disjointed, like jazz can be.

The fact that they played Of the Earth with Jack tells me they must of a least rehearsed it with him. Maybe we will finally get that super tight version. Very excited to hear this!

He was on his side by Jeff. The stage is very "cozy" as Ed put it.

We just should a photo ID and they looked up our 10C membership on their computer.

I mean they had to rehearse it right? And probably in the blue room. So why wouldn't they take the chance there to have a "studio" version. Even if it was a live studio take? That was the Chanel if there ever was.Would perfect 7" for the vault.

I hate when I get myself excited for no reason

I'm thinking the live Let Me Sleep could be the 25th anniversary holiday single. Of the Earth as the B-side. Just a theory, bUT you heard it here first.

What a surreal night. I still can't believe I saw that. They let us in a little after 6. I got something to eat and didn't even know the blue room was open. We went in and got on Stone's side a few feet from him.

It was about an hour long like some have already said. I got 3 Stone picks, 1 Jeff, and 1 Mike. The only merch they sold was the poster for $50. They gave out free koozies of the PJ and Third Man logo together. At the last second, I brought my Memphis boot from 2014 with me in case I got close enough to the stage. As Mike left the stage he signed it along with a person's hockey jersey beside me. Just freakin' incredible experience.

I found out that this show was supposedly only put together a week in advance. Wow.

sounds awesome! did Ed have anything to say?
Not much until the end of the show. Talked about how Jack White does such a great job with everything. He really does. Guy is a genius.
JW is the Neil Young of this generation.
