I opted for getting two of each album instead of one of each plus the five 7" records.
Same price and - I know it's a sin to some in these quarters - I like to archive a sealed copy of my favorite albums. My playing copy has to wear out sooner or later!
These were a fair price and I can't see them being much cheaper when they hit the stores later this summer.

Anyone have any ideas if this is a limited release through 10C or if it will be released to the public in August? Want to hold on to some money since I still have a road trip for more shows coming.

I think we're all guessing, but if this was limited, would have been sold out already, I'm guessing they will be widely available come late summer.

But only 10c would know for sure.
If there is a finite number.. it is probably a whole lot

    Is this right?

Pre-order means you order the item before it is released to the public. You receive the item when it is released to the public, pre-ordering is to ensure that you will get the item before it sells out.

Pre-sale means that you can buy the item before it is released to the public. You will receive the item before it is released to the public.

I have no idea, but now explan remaster vs reissue to me please :D
  • Hell Yes!!!! THANK YOU 10 CLUB I'm so stoked

Yeah, it would be nice to know (esp. for us in Europe) if these are 10c-only or if they'll be regular retail stuff.

And I hope this isn't in place of a Vault 6 release.

now that these albums are FINALLY mastered for vinyl I would sell any overvalued original pressings some of you guys may be holding onto... i think their value is about to plummet and I assume the sound might be inferior as well

Am I crazy for not getting all of the singles?

No, I didn't buy them either. I'm not a big fan of 7" records.
  • Apologies if I missed this, but safe to say the Singles aren't remastered correct? (specifically I'm referring to the b-sides of said singles as it's possible the A sides will be)

The question now becomes, do I impulse buy everything or wait a bit for the faint hope there is a Super Deluxe box like Ten and Vs/Vitalogy?

That's what I'm thinking too, hmm... I guess I can order now and then cancel and order the box if it is announced before August.

I passed on the Who you are/Habit single since those songs are both on No Code. I'm not rich enough to be a collector, but I make just enough to be a listener lol

Thanks...when I click on them individually they actually say "reissue" which is what I figured. Doubt we'd get a remaster of these b sides...maybe for an upcoming cd...

I won't sell mine until i hear these remasters. the Ludwig mixes for the SP remasters left a lot to be desired. not sure if PJ was involved in these mixes but i am glad i held on to my original LPs.

at least Ludwig is old school and hopefully PJ recorded to Analog. i know this has been discussed before but i can't remember if No Code and Yield were analog or not...

the OG Yield is not very impressive so i am looking forward to this remaster.

It's been like 2 hours, they're probably so happy with the sales they might consider doing Binaural through Avocado sooner rather than later...

WOW - five pages in and NO ONE is complaining about the value of their vinyl collection going down?

that is more surprising than 10c releasing these things!
