I would've bought this if it was a box set like Ten & Vs./Vitalogy. Sad that they aren't continuing the trend, but I understand why they aren't. Luckily, I already own all of these so I think I'm gonna sit this out!

Congrats to everyone who is able to fill some holes in their collections!

When they deserve it, they deserve it: Bravo! Already have two sealed original Yield and one sealed original No Code, but I'm buying all of this stuff including the singles (probably two or more copies of No Code).

This is cool! But can we please get a confirmation that these are being sold in place of a super deluxe 96-98 box set? I don't want to buy these then in a month find out you can buy them together with all the extras in the box set.

    Very very cool.

That is a great question. I have these sitting in my cart and I am thinking the same thing. I can't imagine we'll get an answer on this but these are not shipping until August so I am guessing we would not even know the answer to this until after that date. I would hope they wouldn't wait until after these ship to make an announcement like that.

Cool they're re-releasing the singles. Even though I don't see the point in owning them my self.

Got both Yield and No Code on vinyl though. Hoping for Binaural soon!

regarding the boxset, the Ten one was cool, but the vs/vitalogy one was pretty mediocre.. if you ask me, better this than an boxset with poor content on it.. release the b-sides (if there are some) on Lost dogs II and III, and keep the live shows going for the Vault series.

I bet there won't be a box set. There are still Vs/Vitalogy in the shop. Probably didn't sell as much as anticipated. Most people just want the two albums on vinyl as a decent price.

I would assume this is in place of any box set. Just a hunch.

The newsletter called it a pre-order, not a pre-sale, so who knows how long they will be up.

Totally true. I would never have bought them except for the completist thing in me and ditp and Orpheum vinyls.... Makes me wonder about the box set- if there were live shows on wax in it they'd get me again

I think they are both only single LPs, right? If they charged $50 for one LP they would be fucking us all. Could have done $30 and gotten away with it. :) $20-25 is a very fair deal.

I highly doubt box sets are forthcoming. They need a third party to help put out box sets. Releasing these vinyl like this ahead of time would cut directly into those sales. The third party wouldnt sign up for that. It seems plenty of the 1st 2 box sets didn't find a home. These would be more of a challenge with less main stream appeal. Take away a chunk of the vinyl collectors and it's not worthwhile.

    Imo though

Re-mastered for vinyl? sounds promising but I would like to see some reviews first.
Santos, are these limited like the PJ20 Bluray or will these be a standard release.
You can just PM if you want so no one has to know....
only reason I ask is because I just spent a lot of $$$ on this tour and I still need to buy 3 show posters.
can't hurt to ask at least.

I loved all the ephemera that came with it. Great snapshots of the era. Plus the shows on wax are great. I'll never turn down a show on vinyl. Even if its incomplete.
