    Im not sure how hockey-knowledgeable you are, so I apologize in advance... but that logo is a very popular/nostalgic, defunct logo from the Quebec Nordiques, decked out with a PJ and a lightning bolt.

    They also had the fleur de lis on the bottom like that and here they are changed to flames.

    I agree... and I am a hockey fan. Nobody is going to know this is Pearl Jam hockey jersey (unlike the Red Wings one which actually said 'Pearl Jam' on it). Most people are just going to think this is a messed-up Nordiques logo.
