Don't like the 'is' in the middle of Pearl Jam on the poster. I'm sure it is grammatically correct or something but I would say 'are'. Whenever you say 'is' it just sounds weird. Grammar rant over.

I didn't even notice until you mentioned. Is that supposed to say "Pearl Jam is The Kentucky Six"? Because it sure looks like Pearl is Jam
    Right...it is:

Pearl Jam 'IS' The Kentucky Six

I like how it's kind of a play on Tarantino's Hateful Eight.

Am i the only one disappointed in how generic the buttons / pins are this time around? I still managed to grab one at 3 of the 4 shows i hit but its not like there is anything special or city specific about them.

"Oh yeah? Which president's on it?"

They are based off the old election pins.

My apologies if this question has been asked/answered - I looked but may have missed it - but are they doing show-specific shirts? I saw the one for Ft Lauderdale so I assume they are but haven't seen any others. Thanks for the help!

Yes, but out of the 4 Florida shows the 2 shirts i liked (Tampa and Miami) i tried to get inside and they were sold out before the show. Might want to get one outside even though those lines were pretty long.

I know it's a long shot but if anyone has an extra poster (Lexington) they would be willing to part with I would love one. No chance at the Rupp yesterday. They were long gone at stands early and inside went very quickly also.

Scored a Lexington Poster on Ebay last night for $89 shipped. That was a good price. It's nice when someone flips like that. Double your money; but not quadruplie it.

I respectfully disagree. They use, I think, Square for credit card payments, so no printing and fussing around with pen and paper to sign, which speeds things up. You just sign using your finger right on the tablet. It's probably no slower, and may even be a bit faster than counting out money and waiting for change.

Just my $0.02 (speaking of change)

The method used for credit / debit card purchases really depends on the venue,
    Lexington did use Square...
Greenville, Hampton & Columbia had the machines that printed a receipt customers had to sign!!
If you are just buying a few small items...cash is the way to go.
But I do agree that using a card didn't seem to slow the lines down at all...
counting out the bills and making correct change was taking a lot longer,
especially for those making large purchases!!

  • Quick question as my friend is going to Philly and might pick up some stuff for me.

Flip flops--sold in two sizes or more than two sizes? I usually wear about a 9, would that be the M flip flop size?

Hats--are the two hats identical when it comes to material and shape? I am not usually into trucker hats but if one is less "stiff" on the bill (curvable bill at all?) and less globe-shaped on the dome, I would prefer that over a stiff half-sphere hat like most of the hats the last several years.

Have they been selling a decent amount of posters inside the venue? Have never had a problem snagging one before but am kinda worried about missing out at these Philly shows. Won't be able to make the merch line today as we won't be getting into town til 4 or 5.
