Hardest ticket of the Tour

MSG nite 1 has to be the hardest ticket to obtain this tour. I got lucky and a family member scored me a pair of barstool seats. I've been trying to upgrade them but I see nothing anywhere. Good luck to all searching for tickets.

  • Lower bowl at Toronto 2 is difficult too because there was no 10c pre sale. So the whole building was practically bought up by scalpels.

We got floor seats, good ones, for Toronto 2 by just being alert.

I've seen a few MSG night 1 available here and was able to get a pair but I feel like i haven't seen anything for Philly, I'm sure some will pop up as we get closer but I was able to get a good deal for some Club Seats with a parking pass so i jumped on those.

Fenway/Wrigley for sure. Couldn't even get into the waiting room to have a chance at Fenway tix. Got a pair for MSG1 off ticketmaster. There's some MSG's floating around here and there, but seems like not many people want to part ways with their Fenway tix.

indeed. by paying attention here it was easy to get TO2 tickets. i got 4 great seats total. 2 seperate purchases
the on sale for TO2 was delayed and there was no notice of it going on sale so by the time it did go on sale the lines at the outlets(scalpers) would have been almost zero
add this to the fact that they went on sale at 12noon was a huge bonus to people at a desk or at home during lunch time
PJ did everything right with this show IMO. we all knew there would be 2 shows. it was leaked very quietly and common sense was PJ would never do 1 show in TO to close the tour.
AND especially keeping MLSE buyers away from getting tickets and private boxes etc because the 2nd show was never official so they lost...which is why i'm sitting in their seats!
    bravo PJ !!!

MSG shows had the lowest % chance in the 10C lottery's, and I haven't seen anything to suggest the rarity has improved since then.
  • MSG 1 for sure. There is almost no one offer trades for night 1 and there are many people looking.

Matters what medium you're talking about and how much you'd like to pay. I'd say on here because of fan priority/desire based on band history it would be 1 of the Northeast 3 or the baseball stadiums. That being said I think the hatred for 3rd party buying (I know Hiss Hiss!) disguises the fact many tickets are available for those shows just ridiculously over face value and against the ethos of both the band and it's fervent fans. Ethics and discretionary income limitations team up to prevail. For someone selected at random on this planet to have availability to a specific show on the house I would guess Quebec or Hampton due to the odds of that person not being in 10C and being by far the smallest sold out venues. Those tickets are an easy trade away on this forum but then again this is a tiny sample size holding a relative high majority of tickets.

I think it's definitely the MSG shows. Wrigley is tough, but there's a good number of people willing to trade Wrigley tickets for MSG, can't say the same for the other way around

I agree about MSG1. This is the first show in my life I wasn't able to score tickets to through 10c or public sale. And not only to PJ shows, to any show I ever wanted to attend. I managed to get tickets to 5 other PJ shows at the MSG, the Shepherds Bush in 09 or Radiohead at the Roundhouse in May through fanclubs or public onsale. But not to this show, eventhough several people were trying to help me. I had to go the stubhub route for the first time ever. It's ok, I guess I have been lucky in the past and it had to happen at some point. But yes, this ticket was extremely hard to get.

Just wondering why MSG night 1 so much tougher than MSG night 2? Sunday vs. Monday? Gonna be too tired to bring their A game for night 2?
