    IF they don't do it in either Lexington or Philly, I think there's a good chance it will show up at MSG. It's the quintessential opening PJ song, IMO.

    I'll be in the building both nights. Let's make it happen.

    Once Release makes its debut, I think it'll be played more frequently.

    Prediction: Release opens N1 (or N2) in Philly and then opens one MSG show and one ACC show.

    Yep it would be amazing. But MSG has had a different opener overtime (right?). Maybe Release in the encore.

    To me, so much is taken away from the song if it's played anywhere else in the set. I know how people say t would be cool if they played as a closer or in an encore....but in my opinion, that songs belongs in one spot and one spot only - as the opener. Is THE Pearl Jam opening song.

    And Release has opened MSG twice already, so hoping that doesn't hurt its chances. Wash could be sure fire bet to open one of the shows. Hasn't been played there as of yet.

    Wash really doesn't do it for me because not a lot of people don't know it. I want EVERYONE in the building to know the opener. Come on release.

    Release. It would blow the roof off of MSG. This should be considered a destination show. So IMO there's no other way to open it.

    It certainly is a destination show(s). Look at where everyone is coming from for these shows. People from all over the country and all over the globe.

    Kick off the shows right and open with Release into Corduroy. Blow the roof off da joint.

    Release is my all time favorite opener..hands down.

    Agreed...Release into Corduroy would be insane! Cannot wait for this show.
