    My collecting has been all over the place for years. I collected posters that I thought were "valuable" in the history of the band as well as posters of every show I've attended, the notable exceptions being the 2000 Charlotte & Greensboro posters (Sore subject...don't ask...) as well as t-shirts & bootlegs. Over time I've narrowed it down quite a bit and have jettisoned almost every poster for any show I did not attend and now only purchase CD copies of the shows I go to. I also collect stickers & buttons from the shows I go to and was even lucky enough to acquire a variant pin for one of the shows I was at a few years ago. The only items that I've started collecting are not specific to shows I've been to are EV postcards & lighters. Good choice by me.... ;)

    Anyone out there have a Houston and/or Austin postcard or perhaps a white Aussie lighter they'd be willing to part with?

    Collecting posters from shows I've been to and getting them professionally framed is my drug of choice right now. But everyone has a different story and thing they collect. It's what make this band and pj community great, it's always evolving and something new is coming out and becoming the craze. Haven't been to as many shows as you guys on here, but ive only been a fan since 06. My poster collection is nearly complete missing 2-3 pieces and 2 are in the mail.
    My newest obsession is trying to figure out a way to make all 3 MIA posters into one piece. I talked with the guy I'm getting my posters framed with and we're working on a contraption that will store all three posters at once. Having the combo as the main piece with the other two stored behind it, with handles on each side so you can pull out the different editions from their respective sides so you can see what they look like as well. This way the 3 editions don't take up a tun of space on my wall. Don't know if it will work out the way I want to but we'll see. But that's my newest pj adventure.

    Used to be EVERYTHING, but I have really slowed down. Kinda got to the spot of "where is all this shit going when I am gone?" lol my daughters have no use for any of it now... maybe it will grow on them.. :prayer:

    Been way too long since I've been on here but I'm just collecting vinyl now, pj got me started into records and now I own around 2000 + albums....but all pearl jam albums are on the top shelf and spun regularly with the Xmas singles right next to them just spun around Christmas, just need a Benny...they will never leave my collection!! But for now I quit collecting posters and other merch other than a few nice posters from shows I went to but I won't ever wait in a 3 hour merch line at a show to get pins, stickers, etc.
    I would love to get into old bootlegs, the more live shows I can get the better!!
    Cant buy what i want cause its free....

    -LPs and Xmas singles on vinyl (it all gets spun, frequently. Except for Benny once, twice a year)
    -Major CD releases & Vaults
    -DVDs/Blurays
    -Bootleg CDs of shows I attended
    -2000 tour Ape/Man bootleg CDs
