It depends which songs. I've grown tired of Even Flow. However I'm still pretty eager to hear some of the less common tracks (and I never get tired of hearing Jeremy!). Why Go, Release, Oceans, Jeremy... Throw those 4 in there with a porch or once I'd be pretty happy.
My only suggestion would be to switch where they are played in the set. Maybe alive main set and Evenflow in an encore. Porch as a non set closer, release to open the second set or close a show....
When they opened the first encore with Release in Amsterdam I nearly lost it. You're right, switching up the predictable places is a great idea.

Good idea. It's too predictable now.
Agree with this too.

I love Even Flow, and Why Go for that matter, and the way the boys mix it up is pretty awesome, but I would love to be at or hear about a Riot Act heavy show...
Agreed, but you won't catch me complaining. They can play whatever the hell they want to, as long as I can go.
i personally love the bootlegs but sometimes i think a bit to much of ten,i think some songs of the other albums dont get even played hardly marker in the sand etc
I just wish every album had at least 1 song played from it each night.
Now that's a great idea, except riot act should be left off. If they have t play something from it, play I Am Mine or one of the b-sides (Down is a great one).
I've been hoping someone starts a petition to stop playing alive and black in the encore.
Black is their best song and Alive gets the crowd pumped up the most. After 18 shows I know I'll never get sick of either song.
I thought he just meant that he wishes they weren't always in the encore. I agree that the encore could be mixed up a lot more.
Oh, I could see that. I think they have plenty of variety the way things stand though.
I don't want to come off like I'm complaining about their shows, because I'm not. I just have ideas. Their shows are great no matter what. I do think the continued and frequent placement of certain songs in the same spot during the show could be switched up. As others already said, switch up the opener more, change where Porch is played, mix up the closer a lot more, make the second encore less predictable. Basically, make the setlist as unpredictable as possible. Obviously Eddie has his reasons for the repetitive song placements... but change is good!

There are a lot of songs that I think "damnit" when they are first played but by the end of the song they totally rock. Better Man and Black are like that for me. They take 3 minutes to get good.
Admittedly, I tune out to some of the war horses when I'm listening to the bootlegs but the performances of these songs are for those who are in attendance not for me two months later.
I'll take any - in fact all - of these eleven (13 if you count Breath and SoLaT) songs if I'm at the venue!
The amount you want to hear songs from Ten probably has a strong, negative correlation with the number of shows you've attended.
Shall we try it? I've been to four shows. I would rate my desire to hear (let's go with) at least five songs from Ten at my next show as a 10 out of 10, where my rating of 10 would be "I strongly want to hear at least 5 songs from Ten."
Maybe shelve some of the stuff off backspacer and Lightning Bolt.I mean almost every concert now opens with pendulum. I agree Riot act,Vs, Avocado all deserve more songs.Shit,Would you rather hear Ghost and 1/2 full
the last two albums shoild not be played AT ALL.....because they kinda suck

I don't mind cause they're damn good songs! And you never know how/when a song is gonna hit you in a particular way in a particular moment. Alive has meant different things to me during each tour I've seen them, for example.
Also this 100%. I've said this from the beginning as well--it will always be someone's first show.
and there are always people going where it's their first show, and i'm sure first-time fans - whether casual or longtime - want to hear the hits from their biggest record.

I'd LOVE to hear Oceans. Not to necessarily to "tick it off the list", I just love the song.
