    Nope :-)
x2. I like Foo Fighters. I've seen them live three times and I think they put on a great Rock and Roll show.
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

Maybe they will remove the Halloween t-shirt ad on Halloween and replace it with a countdown clock, unless they come out with a Thanksgiving shirt..

    man...

    this thread is so entertaining.

    (1) there is clearly nothing happening at this time with a tour announcement, so why not talk about something else?
    (2) music is art, art is subjective. Quit hating on the FF and dave grohl. your perception of his music means nothing to the person standing 3 feet away from you, let alone some random person on the internet. Didn't your mom ever tell you: If you've got nothing nice to say, keep your mouth shut. (and for the record, I like dave and the FF and if you told me I had a choice between PJ's last 2 albums and the FF's last 2 albums I would pick the FF's in a heartbeat.)
    (3) apply point (2) to the DMB undercurrent. It is ok to dislike, but do you really need to go around spewing more hate? (yes, I know that's that the internet is for... hating on shit and porn.)

    that's all.
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

Here's a question to get things back on track-

Do you think the band ever refers to 2016 as PJ25?

Would think not. Hell they are getting old and when you get old you don't want to be reminded. So probably more important to others than them. By others bet friends and family bring it up a lot. I hope they do destination two or three day stint at large out door venue. The gorge would be so fraakin cool.

So people shouldn't have opinions and share them... because they're on the internet?

Some people like things, some people dont, what's wrong with a discussion?

I would think they absolutely think about it. They know they are at a point where they are modern day rock royalty. 2016 is the year they can finally get voted into the rock n roll HOF. You can't tell me that they don't think about that.

I think they have had the concept mentioned in a meeting to decide on future plans, but I don't think they actively refer to the next tour by name except for "next US tour" or "next Europe tour", etc. I'm probably way off, but they seem like they are aware of the big picture but prefer to live in the moment.

figure if they did PJ20 they might want to do another one. I dont know if PJ25 is something they'd want to do. Maybe PJ30. Or PJ50.

As far as Rock n Roll Hall of Fame goes, I can honestly see them going either way about it. On the one hand, considering how well Stone cares for his Grammy award, it's easy to see them not giving two shits about the RnRHOF. On the other hand, As we've seen in the last couple tours with the mentions of Andy Wood & CD/COT getting put into regular rotation, plus the re-release of the MLB vinyl - it seems like there's a bit more thought going to the band's history, so it would logically follow that they're considering the band's legacy particularly when you consider their ages. (Not that I am saying or thinking or implying that they are old and winding down - but because generally when men hit their 50s they get all wonky about their mortality and start trying to put their name on buildings and shit.)

That said, I hope they do a big PJ25/RnRHoF weeklong party a la the Gorge or Spectrum. But I hope they do it in Brooklyn (that's where they had the HoF ceremony last year!) or thereabouts because I would love to be able to attend and if it's next year I probably won't be able to do overnight trips yet.

"Ghost Riding" is the title track off RNDM's sophomore album coming March 2016.

If the new RNDM album is released March '16 that would mean a tour for RNDM in March & probably April, am I right?

Do you think maybe, just maybe, all these PJ rumored dates happening April / May is false?

Hahahaha! When I say it I am flamed to no end. Good luck!

    No

My theory is that the only people who use the term "PJ25" are the same ones who use the the term "jamily" and refer to the band as "our boys" or "the boys".

Your theory is wrong because I've never used those other terms.
