any idea if they would do something for PJ25, like a PJ20 style of event? the greek whispered about something in the northwest... didn't make it to PJ20, so PJ25 will be on the radar

I think so... they know how to maximize these "events" and it would make sense to wrap up the year

I call bullshit. Radiohead wouldn't be listed that far down, and below Coldplay and RHCP.

Radiohead aren't that big anymore ...
And Rammstein is already confirmed, RHCP are playing festivals ...
No so sure if it's bullshit
Radiohead would be a headliner anywhere in the world if they wanted to.

Where are the radio station leaks for all of these shows? Someone has to know someone who knows someone. If the announcement is really late November for an early December public on sale, the membership reminders are cruel. They we are nuts and will think the announcement is imminent.

I just got my coach's check so let's announce this tour already!!!!
I'll ride the wave where it takes me......
  • I have scientific evidence the tour will be announced on Oct 30: The tour will span 36 days and hit 20 cities. There are 5 members of the band (not counting Boom). The date of their first show was 10-22-90. Therefore: 36*20+5+102290=103015 -->> 10-30-15

My scientific evidence points to November 5th as the day they announce. See I was just struck by lightning while i was outside taking a piss and I know the clock tower in Back to the Future was struck by lightning on November 12th, 1955. So I tried to divide 11121955 by 1.21 gigawatts and got nothing. So I figured Marty was sent back to 1955 on November 5th, the day Doc invented the flex capacitor and that... well... I'm not good at math so piss off. But I like Thursday November 5th as a guess!

If you can't read french... the hometown newspaper from Quebec city got in the Hype of the rumor saying PJ will come to Quebec City in May... They went to the company that owns the new Videotron Center and "quebecor" confirmed that they were in touch with the PJ people...

Without confirming the May 8th date... but May will be PJ's month in the Old town of Québec for sure!

I think the Foo Fighters and Pearl Jam are going to co-headline a 50 date tour 2016. My sleeping dog mumbled it while she was dreaming.

I just got a gigantic woody!!! Maybe AIC can open the show

it's a countdown for the Pearl Jam tour. They're really excited too. Being in the business themselves gives them some inside info, so I think the countdown clock should be pretty accurate

Nah - Wilco or Just Jeff Tweedy can do a solo acoustic show - or may the Chilli Peppers could jump on stage. :)

Foos didn't play any shows in FL, SC, or NC during their last tour. I really hope this doesn't happen. I was a big foo fan back in the day but I can't stand them now. I'd rather see Ben Harper and the innocent criminals open

Like a ton of people on this board, I saw the Foo Fighters and Pearl Jam 24 hours apart from each other at Midtown Festival in Atlanta in 2012 and it was a ton of fun! But... I also saw just Pearl Jam in Moline and Milwaukee last year... and it was way better! Take a full set-list any day.

first shows and last shows of tours are usually not the best in my experience. first show getting rust off etc, last shows voice not so good unless good spacing of dates.

I was at Pittsburgh '13 & Cincy '14 and I have zero complains about those first shows. I think the band was excited to be back on stage and they were both very high energy. I also think over the last few tours it looks like every show has been fantastic.
I agree, was at both and they were in top form. Hard to pick which shows are going to be the special ones, you just have to be lucky and be in the right place at the right time.

Don't forget about DeLuna Fest just the week before where Pearl Jam headlined Friday night and Foo headlined Saturday night. Watching two great bands, while your feet are buried in the sand, is quite grand (Eddie, you can steal that line if you're reading).

I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

PJ's set wouldn't be three hours if they were playing with FF. Co-headlining tours are lame- PJ only please!
