2016 PJ25 Tour Rumors

I've never worried about rock and roll before, but this year I'm the damn sponsor and emcee of a middle school honors ceremony scheduled for the same fucking night as the South Carolina show that I will die a slow death inside to miss. Announce the fucking tour so I can reschedule that shit if necessary! I need MONTHS in advance, like this date was set last September and I'm already dodging bullets by coming up with "an unexpected family celebration out of state" in mid January. Or whenever. LOL . . . I can't reschedule come second semester. Please, Pearl Jam, do me right! Announce the tour in January . . . or don't play Columbia so I don't die. This is making me crazy.my2hands said:
I'm banking on seeing Pearl Jam in 2016... the speculation of when and where is fun for me, I'm personally having a blast ... who worries about rock & roll?0 -

lol snows 11 months of the year... are you drunk?polaris_x said:Toronto is a cess-pool. I live here. Tourists are constantly getting robbed. Also, don't think the US dollar is gonna get you great value here - in Toronto, US is exchanged at $2 to $1 rate ... meaning it will cost you $2 USD to get $1 CDN. Don't forget about the horrendous taxes up here also.
I think there is a new superbug making its rounds. All superbugs originate from Toronto. Hotels have bed bugs and it snows 11 months of the year.

Just checked the website.. Winter Jam and Monster Jam....no Pearl as of yet. Fingers crossedprimussucks said:I had heard rumblings of a Columbus show over a month ago. So I called nationwide arena and they said they hadn't heard anything about a pj show. So I called the schott and they said they can't confirm anything yet but to keep checking their website. Pretty sure I mentioned this in this thread back then and a few people mocked me for it, saying it meant nothing.

think the ISIS sympathizer took it over the top ... hahaTalonTedd said:
I concur in spades. Stagnant putrid smell with thieves and beggars everywhere. Not to mention Canada is an ISIS sympathizer. Americans shouldn't risk their live coming to Canada; even for something as compelling as a PJ tour date.polaris_x said:Toronto is a cess-pool. I live here. Tourists are constantly getting robbed. one day they will realize they have a fairly large traveling fan base, and will give that fan base plenty of time to plan for shows...

I'm sure they realize that. I'm also sure they realize the vast majority of people at shows are considered "local".my2hands said:one day they will realize they have a fairly large traveling fan base, and will give that fan base plenty of time to plan for shows...

I wonder how much data they truly have on this. Does Ticketmaster hand over credit card addresses of ticket buyers?my2hands said:one day they will realize they have a fairly large traveling fan base, and will give that fan base plenty of time to plan for shows...

And by "all available roads" obviously he means (to those not in the know) the Queen Elizabeth Way which is the only real highway to Toronto from most of civilization and that route is infamous for 2x2 meter potholes, cracks, that bridge you have go go under where all the trolls live, hot magma runoff from Hamilton's refineries, and wandering tauntauns and occasional wampa sightings in the colder months. It's just not a place you want to go man honestly trust mePJfanwillneverleave1 said:

US$ are not exchanged at 2 for 1. Why are you lying? People, don't listen to this poster or take them seriously.
Toronto also has the highest cases of Ebola globally.
The WHO highly recommends tourists not to visit Toronto for all of 2016.
And it snows all year making all available roads in and out of Toronto treacherous."Feel the path of everyday....which road you taking?"

obviously... but "local" fans is not why they sell out shows and have become the iconic band that they are... it is us crazy folks that drive and fly all over to see multiple shows that is their bread and butter... would be nice to see them provide the diehards with a little more time to plan, that is all...pjsteelerfan said:

You would think 10c could do that themselves on the sole basis of seeing where the person confirmed is from0 -
