I keep saying it, Tuesdays are the traditional day for album releases and tour announcements. I would not be surprised if several big bands are announcing Spring / Summer tours today.

Based on local paper, the Quebec City show would be the only PJ concert in Quebec, so that would mean no Montreal date. That seems strange, but just relaying the info.

How long were previous lotteries open? I want to say a week if memory serves. With rumor of public ticket sales on 1/29, they usually had two days after lottery wrap up, so prediction lottery ends 1/26 or 1/27. My feeling is the tour announcement coincides with lottery opening.

seems like a lot of gaps between shows.

Perhaps they are doing what D & C did, roll out the weekday shows to get them selling .. .waiting ... and then putting out the weekend shows.
