The dates and venues after roughly 4.29 seem awfully dicey given the unpredictability of the NBA and NHL playoffs. For example as unlikely as it is that the Knicks make the playoffs, they still have a possibility to, and if both the Knicks and Rangers are playing hard to imagine there is room to book concerts in early May.

There's no way Wrigley is having a show on a Monday (8/22)

    Carry on

    Why not???

So is this legit or what?? Poll?

    I say yes..
    Isn't there strict neighborhood restriction?

Lexington on the 26th and I'm gong to Seattle on the 28th. Might be tough to get the extra days off plus that will be an expensive week with both trips.

It seems it has loosened up as of late..business owners want it..but I don't know any specifics..makes sense the area is transforming into more of an "entertainment area"

    +1
  • I'm not sure about the dates, but Wrigley does have concerts during the week now. I believe AC/DC was on a Tuesday?
  • The dates for Boston and Chicago are valid, both the Red Sox and the Cubs are on the road those dates.

Do we think the band will address PJ25 rumors today as well? Seattle?
Do you know what it's like to fall in the mud and get kicked... in the head... with an iron boot? Of course you don't, no one does. It never happens. Sorry, Ted, that's a dumb question... skip that.

I really hope there's something about Seattle. My wife and I live here and really want to know if we're going to have to travel to see them this year or can wait for a local show...

Remember that Kelly Curtis said last month during the chat that SOME dates will be announced early in the new year. Gotta believe a west coast swing will happen as well at some point. Maybe after Bonnaroo?

  • I don't buy these dates. Why are there a few days between the two Philly shows and between the two MSG shows? And two shows at Fenway and Wrigley? Seems far fetched.

Look at it carefully. .....there are no days off between NYC and Philadelphia dates.

That being said this schedule seems off

Oh I see, Yeah whoever posted them strangely put the dates above the city.

I can see those dates being real with the rumors we have heard about Hamilton, Columbus and Buff/Hartford being added. Perfect gaps for them.

  • I find it highly unlikely that tickets go on sale today. The band usually doesn't give us much warning before tickets go on sale - a couple days - but there's always some heads-up. I could maybe see an announcement today, and maybe fan tickets go on sale Friday? Even then, odd we didn't get a *tweet* or some reminder to update memberships.

I don't understand why those dates don't look right? There is one day off between Philly and NYC, which makes sense

But why would there be a day off between the 2 fenway and wrigley dates??

B/c they're all old and they plan on playing crazy 3 hr shows. Good for them to have a break. That's my guess. Also allows a potential rainout date maybe.

These are the PJ25 dates. Playing multiple festivals, two ballparks, and a mini US tour? Hell Yeah that's a good way to celebrate an anniversary.
