They did cut it short, rushed threw the last few songs to be done in time, then Kayne didn't start till like 4am or something until every other band had stopped playing...

I didn't think it was rushed. They were kind of backed into a corner--Bonnaroo's schedule had them listed for only two hours (10:15-12:15), but with no one else on the What Stage the rest of the night. Kanye was supposed to be the primetime headliner on the Which Stage (the second-largest), at 8:30 pm or something, but he balked at the last minute (after all the programs, maps, etc. had been printed, requiring flyers all over the grounds to announce lineup changes) and insisted his light show would only work after full dark--though I believe the real intention was to get time when all other stages were dark and he had the crowd all to himself. So PJ ran longer than scheduled (ultimately, it was about 2 hrs 40 minutes, I think, from 10:35 to 1:15, which is still great for a festival set), and Kanye was late to start--while he blamed Pearl Jam's overrun, he was actually far later than the amount they went past their written time--something like two hours late, when they'd been only about an hour past time. And, in the greatest irony, his "Glow in the Dark Tour" show wound up being played mostly after the sun rose on Sunday morning. Just in time to keep me from sleeping.

That sounds right. I have the bootleg and it's not short (3 discs). And after the whole Kanye thing into the sunrise, he blamed Pearl Jam for playing too long (but they were totally not the ones to blame... they did go longer than originally announced though). That was not a short festival set.

Atlanta 14th
Nashville 18th
Lexington 26th

And Columbia, SC has to be after the 18th (booked the 13th through 17th and Nashville is 18th)

No doubt! Will be sweet to get another album- I'm guessing a lot of the tracks have already been written but there'll always new ones. I'd like to see them step away from the recent few albums though and focus on some grittier older PJ sounding stuff. Those days may be gone but the idea of them shacking up for a month together and writing together would be awesome. Their songwriting has really changed since they all bring stuff in and then work on it together. Would be cool to write whole new tracks and go back a bit to stone contributing more. I don't think they're going to tour anywhere near me this time but I can hope.

I have talked to, and met, a TON of people from this board.
And NOT ONE OF THEM, has inside information, when it comes to tour dates and tour schedules.

Unless saying..."I know a guy who sells cotton candy at Wrigley, and he says there is a show".........is considered inside info.

The big announcement here in Montréal is : Two additional concerts for Celine Dion on August 16th and 17th at Bell Centre for a total of 10 concerts in Montréal. Don't forget the 4 concerts at Centre Videotron at Quebec City. Sad.
