FAO ALL collectors.... welcome to a new specialist site - Collectionzz.com
Over the last few months I have been speaking regularly to the creators and 'hosters' of a new website for collectors.(please click the following link)
www.Collectionzz.com
The whole aim of the website is to create a new platform for collectors to showcase their stuff, discover, socialize/ connect, and ultimately transact with like minded folks. There are huge plans afoot for the site, and plans to build a huge community of collectors, not to mention provide collectors with unique opportunities unavailable elsewhere. The creators of the site have been hard at work on this concept for a year now and have been through various beta modes, worked through many bugs and fixes, and have (for now) launched the site in its present form to get things underway. More functionality will be added, as the site continues to evolve and grow. The current version should be treated as version 1, and upcoming updates will only improve the experience and usability.
What they really need for now is more collections to be listed, for us to spread the word to other collectors, and communites to get them to list theirs and then naturally for the thing to build organically from there. As the site grows look out for incentives as a thank you for referring friends to the site, and associated competitions with some amazing prizes!
Its an exciting concept, and I know those behind it are extremely excited as to what the site can do in the future. Your feedback on the site and your experience whilst working within it in building your collections will be essential and very very warmly received.
SO LET'S GET SOME COLLECTIONS POSTED, and lay some foundations on what we hope will be the best site on the web for collectors to visit!
Im in the process of building my collection there and am excited by the opportunities offered. A virtual museum of stuff we own could be a priceless record of our collections for a variety of reasons, not to mention the resource could be exceptional as a tool in finding items you never thought you would, or a trade you never felt possible. The vision is for this site to be a dynamic resource for ALL collectors, within an anonymous, safe and secure environment with the hopes of bringing the collecting world together like never before.....
The possibilities are endless, so join for free and lets see those collections!
Any questions please PM me or email me, I'll be more than happy to help with any issues you have or any bugs you encounter.
