Couple of auction notes:
EV autographed pic of him on stage at Wrigley went for $8k.
2 EV autographed guitars for $17.5k each (I think they added a pic with EV to that)
EV autographed poster was only other EV item.
Found: Soundgarden Hyde Park DVD (Thank you for the gift!)

The event is Hot Stove Cool Music Chicago. EV was the special guest to the party. To ban all the videos completely from YouTube doesn't make sense when 90% of the fans last night @ the show were taken videos, photos etc.. It was allowed @ the show. Nobody was kicked out & told to stop taking videos & photos.
It doesn't make any sense but it's ok. It's their wishes, and we must obey.

I wish they would do a cd or blu ray ... but there were no professional cameras or recording at the Metro Chicago except for fans phones/camera ....

Anyone know the name of the tall guy that sang vocals for one song with the 2nd group of all-stars earlier in the evening? Steve something? He was introduced as having a great vocal range and he absolutely nailed the song (which I wasn't familiar with, but obviously a cover). Would love to know what other groups he's involved with and check out his other projects, but can't find any info.0
