    Wow! getting close

I'm 4 years cancer free and my wife is on the phone right now with an old friend who's brother just found out he had colon cancer, had emergency surgery and wound up with a colostomy all in the same day. think about that. fuck this fucking disease! :rage:

I watched a six hour PBS special on cancer. even tho cancer research sometimes seems like an unwinnable endeavor, the scientists have come a looooooong way and will continue to do so.

    I don't know about that.

RK is so close to 100%. Please donate and help a great cause that effects all of us one way or another. That woman climbed all those stairs for the cause. A little green seems small in comparison. Bro up (or Wo up) and donate.

I finished...I finished at 20:02... I stopped to take lots of pictures, I took my time to enjoy the experience. The amazing views, being out in the open stairwell, feeling a chilly gust of wind come through the stairs...watching the elevators whiz by you as you spiral up, up, and up...

This was an amazing and exhilarating experience. I thought I would be exhausted, but it really wasn't that bad. There were people in the stairwells cheering you on, there were signs that told you how high up you were...it was a really great thing to be a part of.

At the moment, I am speechless from all of the support that I have received. I cannot properly put something together right now...give me a few days to gather my thoughts.

For now, thank you all for the love and support...I am so thankful.

I wanted to take my time, I didn't care about my time. I will train to do it again next year...and I will race then

The fastest time today was 5:45...Don't think I could do that, but I want to go for 12 minutes.
