Rare vinyl FS

First, a little justification. Just humor me here. I've collected PJ vinyl for well over 20 years. There are certainly people out there with more impressive collections than I have (hey Paul), but I'm pretty proud of mine. My crowning achievement was when I landed a blue Colombian Vs a couple years ago. Since then though, I've kinda lost interest and my priorities have shifted. While I still enjoy my records, I'm ready to sell off some of my rare variants. I doubt they'll sell because of the price, which part of me is actually hoping will be the case, but here it goes anyway... I won't be selling these individually, just as a lot.

Blue Colombian Vs
Colored PJ20
ITW picture disc

I'm asking $3500 and a black PJ20. Buyer would pay shipping, whatever that ends up being.

You can break down the cost per record however you want. Hell, you can pick up a blue Vs for a buck if you don't mind spending $3499 on the other two! If nothing else, maybe this can spark some good discussion.

Seems like a pretty decent deal.

Do you do payments plans, say $10 per month?? Lol. Sure would like the Colombia blue Vs as my holy grail...but I want to stay married. Divorce would cost waaaaaayyyyy more than the Vs.

Where do you live?!?! My divorce cost next to nothing. Maybe about the price of a no code vinyl, $100 and change.

The 2k one has been on the bay for 6 months now with no takers. I would totally be interested in this record if you want to sell it separately!

That's the mispress. I've seen that one on there for a long time.

Value is in the eye of the beholder. The ebay guy wants more because its a mispress.

    Good luck with the sale.

Value of the blue record is very hard to determine at the moment.

The ones at 2k haven't been selling for some time.

they were making up to $2500 in 2007-2009 but those lofty heights vanished when they started appearing 2 times a year after having been previously invisible.

I got mine for substantially under $2000. and I know the last two openly on ebay sold for $1400 and $1350 respectively (friends bought them)

however as we all know these things fluctuate a lot and is based entirely on how many are around at any given time, and right now we haven't seen one other than the mispress for a few years now

Looks like my valuation might be a little high then, based on the current market.

Not a bad thing though... didn't you say you didn't really care if they sell or not.

I think if you priced the Blue Vs for $1300, PJ20 colored for $800, and the ITW picture disc for $400 they would sell fast. That's probably what I would take as bottom dollar. Just my opinion if it matters. I got my picture disc on eBay about a year ago for just under $400. Got the colored PJ20 at the Seattle pop shop 2013, but tenclub price was $200 I think. Don't have the blue Vs. so I would think that $2500 could get the package sold. Anyway. Good luck.

Yep! Looks like I'll be holding on to them, so that's cool.
