Please picture this: Recent estimates are that more than 14,000 Nepalese, Indian and Chinese people have been injured by last Saturday's devastating 7.8 earthquake in that region. I'm going to list several concert venues where Pearl Jam have recently played - each venue with seating capacities of approximately 14,000 people. Spokane Arena: 12,638 people Key Arena, Seattle: just under 15,000 people Giant Center, Hershey, PA: 12,500 people i Wireless Center, Moline, PA: 12,000 First Direct Arena, Leeds UK: 13,000 people Perhaps this will help people to visualize the enormity of this disaster and the immediate need for your assistance to ease the suffering.
