I'm wondering if there will be a push in SLC to get kreis back. Real just missed playoffs for the first time in, I think, 8 years.
If I had known then what I know now...

Not sure but I feel like he brought half of RSL to NYC.
Some people were speculating bringing Petke in for NYCFC.

I don't really follow MLS and I don't know who Petke is but I don't know who the hell thinks an expansion team will be good, right out of the gate.

CFG, evidently. (Petke was the coach for the Red Bull's)

    Good one.

The Rugby final was awesome though. Not just on the All Blacks bandwagon, I lived in New Zealand a couple times as a kid.

That's cool. Would have love to have gone.

ha, that's pretty funny. The games are pretty different. Different scoring, different number of players and when you are tackled in Union you have to let go of the ball, in League, the tackling team gets up and you kick (roll) the ball backwards and get going again. I like Union more as it is bigger in New Zealand.

Hard to believe World Cup qualifying for 2018 starts already tonight. Although this first round is pretty much a joke. If US loses any of these games, it would be a huge disappointment.

Disappointing tie yesterday in Trinidad. Zardes had 2 golden chances that he should have put away. Still good to get a point on the road, but it should have been 3.

I caught the last 60 minutes or so. Zardes definitely should have buried that header. I was disappointed in the tie too, but they are at the top with 4 points, so I guess that's fine. I felt like they looked pretty good in the 2nd half.

Yeah, definitely not worried about getting out of this group stage. They seemed to control possession for most of the game which is nice to see. Do you get that BEIN sport channel in HD on your cable system? Xfinity doesn't offer it in HD....watching soccer in non-HD is brutal. Unfortunately a lot of these road games for World Cup qualifying end up on that channel. Some good La Liga games on there too.

Yeah, I had it on Bein. It is in HD on Fios, which is sweet. El Classico is on it this weekend, if you didn't see the countdown clock in the corner and commercials every break.

I think it's included in the sports tier package I have. I just can't believe cable companies offer some channels only in SD....especially a sports channel. Brutal.

Johnson with another assist today against Man City already. This guy is playing out of his mind right now. Maybe Klinsmann calling him out really fired him up. Either way, great to see an American play so well in the champions league.
