I knocked out a pretty nice spread and brought it to me ma at a decent time.
Kielbasa with sliced hard boiled egg
    Caprese salad + cucumber
    lemon pepper flounder
    string beans
Colby Jack & Gouda cheese + crackers
    mini apple strudels
    and a hershey's bar

I'm gonna be eating kielbasa for a week.

    =)

    Honestly, sounds awesome. Well done!

So, just finished up with the apricot-curry swine (thanks BB!), with roast potatoes, spicy yams, steamed snap peas all with an Alsatian riesling, and home made raspberry sorbet AND chocolate sorbet. Quite a yummy dinner all told. Too bad BB couldn't join us, with the swine and all - maybe Canadian Thanksgiving - we go with traditional fowl then which I believe is allowed.

Well that was a good Easter dinner this year. The family got even more mental than we do at Christmas, lol.

I really wanted to make lamb for Greek Easter but it's so expensive.
