Saw a tweet with that embedded. Apparently the guy is supposed to be one of the better defensive players in the Mets organization. Sure proved it there.
Seriously.. this is just plain stupidity.. he's lucky neither hoof connected with his face. This just.. I can't even describe how sad this type of stupidity makes me.

No kidding. It should be an innate quality for all humans to know never go behind a horse ever. Along w/ don't approach a dog while it's head is in the food bowl.

I understand that with horses in the last century having become more domestic than livestock, that 90% of people have forgotten horse etiquette. As in HOW to approach a horse at the rear, and how to pass behind them... But to know not to smack a horse's butt like that, should just be common sense. And yes, respect for a dog's space.. but I make any dog I am training, let people touch their food. This is ground rules in Puppyhood, period. It makes for a safer, and more approachable dog.
If you're going to be stupid and do something like that to a horse, then you deserve what happens. I have no sympathy whatsoever for that guy.
I Have more sympathy for the horse, whom is at the disadvantage in this scenario. But that sort of action without forethought is just discouraging. Anyhow.. carry on with the crazy videos!
