For us, South Americans, it is a big deal! They just came here a few times in comparison to North America/Europe tours!The_Giant_Midget said:so its all this commotion just for a smallish South American tour? if true thats a bummer but im thinking there has to be something else
Porto Alegre is now confirmed to be the last Brazillian city to host a PJ show, it's going to be at 11.11.15 (exacly four years after the last show here, 11.11.11) and the show is gonna be at Arena do Grêmio (Porto Alegre soccer team stadium)!

The fans are creating the commotion. Standard operating procedure for the ten club. Get everyone hyped up for a tour that will exclude the majority of the fan club.The_Giant_Midget said:so its all this commotion just for a smallish South American tour? if true thats a bummer but im thinking there has to be something else

I know. The band just toured the northeast, midwest, south, southwest, and northwest of the USA in 2013 and 2014, and people on here don't think a month long tour of South America is worth making a big announcement. These people think too much of themselves. They wouldn't be saying this about a month long Euro tour, so they must not value South American fans very much (who are probably the best to share a show with from everything I have read).on2legs said:I had no idea there were this many bitter people in the ten club.

It's not even about that. I'm happy for South Americans and those from other countries who can afford to travel down there. The 10 Club used to give hints as to what area of the world the band would tour in to keep expectations in check. They don't do that anymore, which leads to rampant speculation and then disappointment. I don't think too much of myself, I just don't want people to get disappointed. Sorry for the pragmatism.bootlegger10 said:

They did give a hint. Look at the picture, a large excited, passionate ga crowd. If it was a US tour, they wouldnt use a crowd shot like that, more likely something similar to this
