    I want stew.

    Gimmie.

I took shrimp & chicken out the freezer to cook later. Anyone got any ideas for chicken boob dinner? The fanciest piece of equipment I have is a cast iron self defense pan.

Depends how adventurous your taste buds are. A chicken shrimp curry would be delicious. Sauté chicken in pan with onion and garlic, throw whatever veggies sound good into pan, add spices and coconut milk and let simmer, add shrimp at end with just enough time to cook through. Serve with whatever side suits your fancy - rice, quinoa or pasta.

Or.. Get olive oil, ground mustard, two eggs, Coriander, Thyme, Rosemary , Parsley, and onion.
For the chicken boobs.. Take the ingredients, and mix together, then coat the chicken in it. Bake the chicken for 45 minutes to an hour depending on volume. Take Olive oil, and pinch of the Coriander and a pinch if salt, fry the shrimp. Create a light white Sace and mince the shrimp into it. Then boil some pasta, get a nice Tomato Sauce and lightly baste chicken before serving atop the bed of pasta and shrimp sauce. :-) enjoy your dinner whatever you end up
    Making! :-)

So since I needed oil I went out & picked up a few things to make a nice yet simple chicken dinner. Picked up some cream, broth, mustard - all ready to go full sauce with some rice & corn. Yum right?

    Fuckin chicken's still frozen. =))
