After looking at mine better my black mug has a section on the lip that the enamel is worn or scratched off and it feels like sandpapered metal against my skin. Very cool mugs but that's a real drag.

I have the same worn/scratched off enamel on my black mug as well that feels slightly rough when you touch it. Thankfully it's not around the area I drink from.
arrived and in perfect shape. i still wonder why pearl jam decided to sell home made coffee cups from poland...with that said i'm happy they did.
quick search n the net says they are the best made enamelware on the market...they've been making them for over 100 years.
I like mine, they look nice next to my solid copper mug.
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
Mugs turned up in England today ( skipped customers charges again as went via Belgium, so a bit of a bonus again, until i opened them ( please bear in mind I work in the steel industry )
the cups have imperfections in the steel to start with pit marks and raised specs on the steel - the pit marks is a fault in the steel , the raised bits are shit from the factory , that has got onto the steel during the enamelling/painting process , the paint is awful and on the black mug , looking carefully you can see the transfer under the clear lacquer that is applied. I'm all for something that's original and quirky , but having imperfections in the steel and shit paint work , thats pretty fuckin crap really , not impressed with these at all .

Oh right Ok cool Thank You , ill try now , I would have thought you could just copy paste in today's society , what a fool hey ?
if anyone thinks this is acceptable, maybe I have a problem , but personally I don't think I do, these mugs are only hand painted , not hand made and the workmanship is diabolical

oh man,
I have seen that the company making them are very pleasant to deal with and very quick to deal with concerns, maybe worth shooting them a quick message about your set.
If yours have arrived, Im in the uk too so I hope to have a set today too or perhaps tomorrow. I'll post here how they are received. I really cant wait to get them
Anybody get 2 Black mugs....They messed up my order and I got 2 white and would like to trade for a black one. No response from 10C, but I doubt they can do anything anyway.
