OK
First of all I am sorry and find your answer totally unacceptable ,and dismissive.
Just because its hand made is no excuse for paint actually missing , if for example you purchased a “hand made” coffee mug pictured with a handle , and it turns up only to be missing the handle , is that OK because its hand made ? and its unique therefor ?
The picture of the smudging I can live with, the pit marks , but that's down to bad steel ( I know this as I work in the steel industry ) but when the decal backing has been peeled from the surface, and pulling away specs of the print itself , that isn't acceptable, and has nothing to do with been hand made so to speak, and you can tell they are decals under the lacquer , as on the black mugs if you look in the light you can see the outline of the transfer.

Hi,
This item is a hand-made enamel product made by a small company in Poland. Due to the century-old technique involved, this item may have imperfections, making each mug unique.

Good Morning
I would like to make a complaint about the above order
1stly I understand that these , items are hand painted , therefor would expect some what of a quirky , small issue, but I find these items a disgrace, and an example of poor workman ship for the price I paid including shipping ( $50.28 - £33.17 at todays rate )
issues are as follows:
large smudge or miss paint on the lip of one of the cups
Pit marks in the metal then enamelled over and then painted over making the pit marks even more visible
Raised specs in the paint work , from a poor painting and non cleaned surface on both mugs
paint missing from the picture on the black mug
I have attached photos for you to take the appropriate action
Hope it works out for you. You shouldn't have any issue selling them and making your money back if 10C chooses to ignore your complaints. However I'd imagine 10C will offer you a refund if you don't want them. I realize that's not what you're looking for but at least you won't be stuck with them. After reviewing your photos I wouldn't be surprised if many people found the mugs to be acceptable so at least you won't be stuck with a product you find disgraceful.
I ordered from the second batch. Showed up today on Vancouver Island. Less than impressed. QC dept missed the QC.
Got mine in Vic last week, mine actually look pretty good, one or two little flaws but overall not bad. Funny how there's such a variety in these.

This is a pre-delivered review of my enamel mug set.
1. Immediately upon opening I noticed that the black colour of the mug is an offgrey if looked upon at a 37degree angle.
2. When I placed one mug in each hand I noticed an appreciable weight difference. So I went to a chemistry lab and purchased a $750 scale. Low and behold I was right the mugs were off by .00000000000000000003 of a gram.
3. I also noticed that the white mug holds 1/2 of a sip less than the black one. QC was way off on this.
4. If you hold my black one up you will notice a slight 1/32 of an offset. Totally unacceptable.
5. On the bottom it reads NWJP not NWSE. What the fuck was QC thinking?
6. If you look carefully the lightning bolt is .00003 mm off centre.
7. When I hold the white mug in my hand it seem slightly less ergonomically correct than the black one.
8. The handle on black mug has a 1 inch opening as opposed to the 1"1/9 opening of the white one.
9. When I drink out of the white mug it seems to only slightly pour but when I drink out of the black one it seems to be the perfect drinking mug.
10. When they are in the cupboard side by side the black one seems to be .00000000005mm shorter that the white one.

You forgot to add that they are obviously too small for the amount of coffee that you drink.
Wait, people actually are drinking coffee out of these? Aren't they afraid the coffee might discolor the mugs more? I thought people bought these to flip. God damn it, no one sent me the fucken memo. Some friends I got in here!

I noticed that I burn my lip when I drink from the black mug but not the white mug. Obviously some sort of manufacturing flaw.

Arrived in Scotland today. One small chip, could be smudged on the handle of the white mug. Other than that, perfect. Thought they were going to be smaller after reading reviews on here.
Overall very happy with them

For Fucks sake. I got mine awhile ago and am so pissed off that I just remembered that the black one has a small chip on the underside of the handle. These mugs suck and 10c should be ashamed at themselves for giving me such an inferior product. I want to say again Loud and Clear before all the other bitching comes "These mugs suck"
Does anyone want to go halves on a set? I don't need the set at $35 but I'd love to have one of them. I'd be willing to split shipping as well. Either I could order them and than get your half through PayPal or vice versa and then whoever gets the mugs would have to ship one to the other person.
If you're interested in this at all please send me a PM. Thanks!!
