    Could be any number of things. Pancreatitis, gallstones. The CT will tell them what they need to know.

    If you are in so much pain it's probably gallstones. I hope you will get the best of help and that you feel better soon!

    I had emergency surgery last year to remove my gallbladder. Said it was completely full of stones.

    Pain sucks! Hope they get you fixed up right away Speedy!

    Oh man, my wife had pancreatitis this year. Was in the hospital for 9 days. And yes, lots of morphine.

    Take it easy and feel better soon. And post more often!

    i am calling kidney stone after this statement.

    had one a few years ago and it felt like someone was digging a rusty knife into my back for hours. i was in tears.

    One of my buddies just passed 3 kidney stones between Tuesday and Wednesday, he described the pain to me, wouldn't want to trade places with you right now Speedy. Hope they pass soon.

    Well until I pass this stone I guess I am going to be in OH MY GOD kind of pain.
    But hopefully this is all said and done in the next 24 hours.

    I'm a kidney stone machine. I've passed about 25 in the past 7 or so years. I have no less than 3 small stones in my at all time. Sodium is poison to me, no salt in ANYTHING I cook. No seasonings, no soups, no deli meat, no nothing. Here is my home remedy. Take about 30 stalks of asparagus, bake them in your oven for about 25 minutes until they are nice and warm. Then blend them up to make a smoothie/sludge sort of mixture. Drink it down in one sitting, no breaks, no pussying out. Just take it down. Chase it with a few pints of water and a beer. Get ready to piss like you've never pissed before, but your stone will pass......
    Good luck and go easy on the pain meds, eventually they will be useless.
