    So pumped for tomorrow night! Just realized it is exactly 10 years to the day of 10/3//04 Grand Rapids VFC show that I went to. Still the smallest venue I ever saw them in.

    The Chicago drama actually worked out well for me. They put me on a direct flight on another airline cuz I was going to miss my connection. Made it to STL over an hour ahead of time.

    Where do I want to go to get these toasted/fried raviolis I keep hearing about?

    Also I thought the Wishlist at Maggie's was tonight not Friday ?

    You can get them at most restaurants, some are better then others. if you have the time go to the Hill neighborhood and get some good Italian food.

    woo these storms were crazy. took me 90 minutes to make the 20 minute drive home. just ate and changed clothes...headed to maggies in about an hour.

    Anthonino's on "The Hill" is awesome. Lot's of places there with great food. Other neighborhoods to hit are "the Central West End", Soulard, U City, and Washington Ave. (close to the venue).

    Anyone flying in tomorrow, check your flights, I've already heard of flights from Boston and Newark getting cancelled.

    Yes just got my Southwest flight from Newark canceled!!! Booked united with a stop in Chicago for $400 more one way. Ughhhhh. Hope there are no more delays now....

    I don't want to freak you out but I was booked on that flight yesterday (from lga though) and they had to switch me to American direct because the delays would've made me miss my connection and there weren't any available flights out of Chicago they could put me on. I would suggest keeping alert and speaking to the staff if there's news of delays, usually I just zone out with music on but I'm very glad I was not doing that yesterday.

    I tried the Toasted Ravioli at The Market Street Bistro at the Ballpark hilton.It was good.I don't have anything to compare it to so I must sample again.Many talk about the food on the hill so I think that is a play for Sat.
    I'm looking out my window at the"Drunken Fish" at Ballpark Villiage.That just sounds like a Pregame to the pregame at Maggie's with some Saki Bombs.I like the Abundance of Food and Drink choices here.So far St.Louis,you are holding your own and not disappointing.

    derbydave is at the Crowne Plaza in Indianapolis...Heisenberg & I both had the day off and decided to get a head start on the trip last night!!! We didn't get back to Columbus from the Cincinnati show until 3am...or we would have made it all the way to St. Louis last night!!
    Had a few brews at Indiana City Brewery & an EXCELLENT dinner at R Bistro, my favorite restaurant in Indy!!
    We'll be hitting the road for St. Louis in a little while...see you guys at the show TONIGHT!!!!

    I posted a link somewhere but I can't remember where. There was a fire in an FAA communications facility that some lunatic set before slashing his throat. It screwed up stuff and combined with a storm or whatever the weather condition is it was the perfect storm.Chicago effects a lot of other places.

    I'm calling you out on this @CM234968‌. Great call dude. My room has a fridge and a microwave and a closet and it's spacious and clean and there's free fruit and popcorn and cookies in the lobby. I woke up in the middle of the night so I've been out for a couple hours already and the neighborhood is super comfortable. I'm writing this from a coffee shop that was playing counting crows when I walked in and van Morrison right after. I'm just waiting for mass to let out then I'm going to check out the Basílica and head over to the arch after. There's about a million restaurants on this Euclid block and Maryland looks about the same. There's also a Jimmy John's open until 4am 2-3 blocks from the hotel so I will not starve after the show tonight!

    Who wants to share a cab back with me? :-)
