I haven't had time to bake any been too busy. It's Bike to Work Week where I live and that means up at 5 to head to work. It's 17 km (10.5 mi) each way. I do have a killer chocolate sugar cookie recipe, you coat those with a chocolate ganache and slap it together with a PB banana cookie with PB frosting on top. Best cookie sandwich ever!

Hmmm.... Minus the banana sounds amazing. I feel like if i'm going to indulge in cookies with peanut butter and chocolate ganache (perhaps 3 of my favorite things to eat) I'd be better off saving the banana for my oatmeal. Maybe you could share that recipe.
