I live on a busy street.
These days I get a lot of menacing
    glares from passerbys as they
can't hear on their phones when
    they walk by.
The worst of times..they don't phase me,
even if I look and act really crazy.

They have the best engines though, right? I used to have a Honda mower. Would cut through the thickest, wettest grass no problem. But it always left a line of uncut grass. Had the blades sharpened and everything. I now have a Toro also (at a fraction of that price!) and it cuts much better...just doesn't have the extra oomph the Honda did.

    I work in paradise.

and, hey, the beer cart was back up and running again.

my wife had a cute teacher friend in vegas who drove the beer cart at the bali hai (four seasons) course. the girl made a ton of money.

I bought a 21” Honda lawn mower in 2009 and it runs like it’s new to this day. Drain oil in winter. New oil in spring. That’s it. Works like a champ.

I think the problem with mine was their twin blade system. I've read other people having problems with that. The engine was fantastic though.

Your yard is way larger than mine.  ;)
Pool takes up lots of space.

I still don't like mowing it....1hr from start to finish w/trimming.  (Some on either side that didn't fit in pic.)

    F lawn mowing!

Great looking backdrop...but what the hell do you city slickers do with such a small "lawnmower"?

We got a zero turn 54" Husqvarna from Lowes 3 years ago. In 3 years and 1 month, I put 443 hours on it and began having problems with the hydrostatic transmission. As I learned, these are sealed units and unable to be worked on. New part alone was $800 plus labor. Repair shops told me to just get a new mower. That was an expensive 3 year rental! Now, it is a 60" Gravely.

@The Juggler @"F Me In The Brain" Nice looking spaces

    Nice Darwin!

I grew up in VT with a big yard as well and don't miss the mowing associated with that.
    Your yard is big!
