They might replace them... although that is obviously the fault of the the shipping company rather than Newbury, no? Or do you feel that the packaging wasn't adequate? I guess there isn't much tape on there .... Perhaps Newbury has some kind of insurance arrangement with the shipping company.Post edited by PJ_Soul onWith all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Def the shipping service there. And so you see, I have come to doubt

Newbury aren't the best packers of vinyl. I always end up with dented corners on the vinyl I buy from them.

Ok, maybe a dumb question, but are all the Newbury releases official and equivalent pressing and sound quality to the standard release? I just checked out their website and there are some really cool pressings I'm tempted to purchase, but I'm not familiar with the quality.
Thanks for your help in advance! It's a hopeless situation...0 -
I've purchased a few of NC's releases. Mainly the jazz releases when they have ran sales. I haven't experienced anything negative with any.tbergs said:Ok, maybe a dumb question, but are all the Newbury releases official and equivalent pressing and sound quality to the standard release? If you can find a standard release, I'd buy that over the NC release though. Unless youre into colored vinyl, gimmick releases. You'll save yourself some cash.0 -
Thanks for the info. Yeah, I know better, but those colored vinyls are so tempting....jerparker20 said:
