Death Cab for Cutie: The Pennsylvania EP - okay I'm ready for that.
what's that? I know they have an LP coming out later but haven't heard of this. They are playing at The Met later this year.

JP said the country would help PA win our elections this year (like Georgia - although they need all that help again) and I had just listened to The Georgia EP by DC4C and I made up the idea of the PA EP. No news to report.
But they're playing The Met later this year? That's some news!
Saw that. Big fan of their albums, but do you guys like them live? They never did it for me when going to see them.

Only saw them once at The Tower and I enjoyed the show.

I saw them at the Mann, along with opening for PJ, and another time at Camden with that dumb band Franz Ferdinand (hello 2005). Now that I think about it, maybe it was big and outdoor places that didn't fit them. I think you've changed my mind.

Oh yeah--I saw them open for PJ in Boston back in 04-ish. Remember liking them then too.

Yeah, saw them when they opened the Reading show, which I thought was good. And, yes, went to a Boston show, too, which I think was night 1.

To each their own. Certain bands just seem like "studio bands" for, and they're one of them. Ironically, I'm sure a lot of people would say the same about Kurt Vile or WoD but I think they're both fantastic live.

Ben Gibbard-related, same with Postal Sevice. Even though I loved seeing them at The Mann because Jenny Lewis was there.

    STOP THE COUNT!!!!!

Best case scenario would be Mccormick winning and then Trump sabotaging his campaign out of spite. He already said awful things about him. Plus his voters would be even more brainwashed into thinking the vote was rigged.

This is helpful in the good guys winning but quite annoying for election workers with all these cranks showing up spewing their conspiracies all day. Oh well, we'll deal with it - hopefully they don't get out of control one of these times.

Yeah...I mean it's horrible, in general, for our country to have half the country now believe this bullshit and then we end up with crackpots on the ballot. It's pretty scary to think about.

So Johnny--are you a poll worker?

I did hear some towns did get hit with hail. Hopefully it wasn't too bad and not too much damage was done. We barely got anything. Did get a warning on my phone about a tornado watch.

Come on Phills! Bryce out of the lineup again :disappointed:
