I still wear a shirt my mom got from a REO Speedwagon show in the 80's
Nice, your mom got it for you.Damn im old. Ask her when she went on dates did she prefer REO,journey or Brian Adams. And did any of that music influence your existence?lol
DUDE... I was at that concert!!!! That was my senior year in High School and we had a BLAST!!! Thanks for the memories buddy :-c
John Waite was great. Fyi I just this weekend was discussing a possible road trip from the PJ ST Louis gig to the Louder than life festival in LVille.the next day and Sunday.Always love some Papa Roach,Judas Priest,STP,Kid Rock, etc.Still undecided, but we partake in the Heavier side of rock also so I may just have to do it and fly back to South Florida from there.Check out the line up.Do you know anything about the venue? http://www.louderthanlifefestival.com/

I got to see Rush on the 2112 & Farewell to Kings tours...never got to see Van Halen!! I was a HUGE Bob Seger fan back in the day & saw him 4 times!!! GOOD TIMES!!
A Farewell to Kings is my favorite Rush album. Would've loved to have seen them during that tour, but alas, I was in the womb for most of it. Saw them for the first time on the T4E tour, which was actually my first concert ever, and haven't missed a tour since.
What a stupid rule. Wear your shirt proudly at the concert.
I did. Not only did I wear mine, but I bought a different one and changed into that one before the concert. I guess that I kind of broke that rule twice then. (I was in GA line all day.) My husband wore a death metal shirt. He was in the minority. There were a lot of PJ shirts out there in Cincinnati.

i like to see all the different PJ shirts at the shows.
Eddie wore the Wrigley Field Baseball Pearl Jam shirt at the St Louis show last Friday. I think this topics is now closed and we can all agree it is very cool to wear PJ shirts to PJ shows.

yeah, i don't see anything wrong with wearing shirts. in fact, a pj concert is probably the most appropriate time to wear one. it identifies you as something more than a casual fan and likely a TC member.

Yea, i was just talking abotu this subject with my girl the other day, at PJ shows particularly your T-shirt is almost like a badge of honor
One of the coolest things I've experienced (as far as clothing was concerned at a Pearl Jam show) was showing up in Phoenix (from Maryland) last fall wearing a vintage, but super basic block letter, gray, New England Patriots T-shirt, and then finding my way down to my seat and seeing the guy next to me (a guy I never met before...) wearing a completely different flying Elvis era blue New England Patriots shirt.
is that you Hank? and is that a Vs era shirt? Seems to be in great condition
yep that be me, Pearl Jam shirts and Corduroy pants, that is my usual style on my days off 1996 No Code Tour shirt with Pink Corduroys Tie Dyed version of the No Code Tour shirt with Blackberry Corduroys
