On the last page someone mentioned the mods...does anyone think they are proud of what they've done? Not saying it was literally them but some of the bannings seemed to be quick. Maybe there were some behind the scenes comments, but whatever...it seems anytime there is any humor the thread is closed.

for sure...I kinda called one of them out....and, boom, my thread was closed for supposedly something else. in truth, I think they didn't like getting called out.

Yeah a lot of the older posters are gone.. It kinda sucks, but it is a Google ( yes that is a number by the way.. It is the highest number in Mathematical terms, or at least it WAS.. Have no idea if there's one higher now, hence the name of the search engine..) times better than FB. Rob listed some good ole peeps that are gone now.. But as for the warm and fuzzies... I will gladly take that over the verbal crucifixions that take place in FB every second of the day.. They are complete fuckwads over there and they celebrate it! It reminds me of the original Synergy Site, when the powers that be mods now were only there to answer our questions.. Back when there was a real chat room, etc. I appreciate that they clean house sometimes.. Sometimes you have to realize that the bans imposed were due to accumulated warnings gone unheeded. They used to be a lot nicer about it.. But just like the 'friend boss' gets shit on all the time, I believe in all retrospect that they just got sick of the BS, and thus the bans were handed out in force.

The quote function not properly working on my phone is killing it for me. I've been back on here for less than a year and am losing the desire to keep up with it already.

Not just the quote function but none of the icons at the top of the comments box works on the phone version and it is seriously getting on my nerves as well. I just want to be do what I could before, whether on phone or PC.
