Your meal sounds good!

Tonight, I'm making chicken parmesan, garlic bread, salad, green beans and some pasta. Nothing complicated, but the boys like it! We're making Christmas cookies after dinner tonight.

Tomorrow, I'm making roast beef (something we don't usually have) and mashed sweet potatoes, plus some garlic roasted potatoes, carrots, and a cucumber & pomegranate seed salad.

Plus, a few pies.

I thought that too! I never heard of pasta sauce like that, mixed with hard-boiled eggs. It sounds great.

I am off to the store soon.
We need nuts, olives, pickles, and I need to make some salami rolls.
Ya ever have salami rolls? Simple yet delicious.
Roll up some cream cheese in a slice of salami, top off with an olive or slice of pickle.
So simple, and they get gobbled up every time.

probably the usual, assorted appetizers, ham, broccoli casserole, some sort of potato, green bean casserole, pie and cheesecake for dessert. i know i am leaving some stuff out but it changes a little every year, but those are the staples... i will report back tomorrow guarantee it is not as good as some of the stuff listed here in this thread though.

Well it`s official...your menus all sound more exciting than mine.
Tonight it is assorted appies...meatballs, dips, sausage rolls, cheese platter, veggies tray, boneless wings.
Tomorrow, after the presentfest...Eggs Benedict, fruit salad and Mimosas
The big dinner is Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, veggies, sweet potatoes (roasted, not mashed with marshmallow :? )jello salads, homemade dill pickles nad some pie for dessert.
And of course cocktails, wine and craft beer a plenty!

Every year we do Christmas Breakfast at my Mommys.
I cook the eggs. Anyway they want em. Ill scramble em, an omelet, over easy, poached, etc.
Lots of ham, bacon, sausage.
Rye, wheat, white, english muffins.
Orange, grape, tomato juice.
