    i'm amazed....the people at 10c are good people...why are they doing this?....i understand glitches, site crashes etc but there is no excuse for this....:(

    and i hope you manage to get tix this friday....sucks you have those charges on hold....

    Thankfully I am not depending on that held money like some others are, but it's still kind of annoying... I just thought I was really lucky and all it turned out to be was that I was really stupid thinking that I could be so lucky.

    In my case I'm lucky I have a credit card for emergencies that I can use in case the one that has the pending amounts doesnt clear but for those who dont have another credit card I hope their funds clear before that...

    Yeah, I'm lucky too. Usually I use my debit card for buying tix. Luckily this time I used one of my credit cards instead.

    But if I would have used my debit card, I'd be in the same boat as a bunch of other people and much more aggravated right now.

    I tried for Vancouver and ended up with 3 pending authorizations and no tix... I wouldn't try if I was you but its really your call....

    Goddamn, I really want to see one of these shows, but to make the travel/time off worth it, I think I'd need 10c tix to assure an up front spot. Screw it, I'll wait for a potential Seattle show, or PJ later in the year.

    this is what i said earlier... basically if i found myself in a situation where it had caused me financial problems.. i.e. bank charges, not being able to access my funds for some other purchase.. then i would be looking into the legalities of this.

    someone on here has $800 worth of credit being held by 10club... that needs an apology

    That is what I was thinking. I imagine that credit card companies don't take too kindly to merchants charging (or at least pre-authorizing) people's accounts for items they aren't receiving. I mean it damages their reputation too, and if it damages them too much, they can easily decide not to do business with 10club, which would pretty much put the goods section out of business. Personally if this was me and I had not received a decent answer from the 10 club I would be calling my credit card company.
