Proceeds from this sale help raise funds for Operation Yellow Ribbon of South Jersey.

Operation Yellow Ribbon of South Jersey, an all volunteer US Troop support group who does local "Welcome Home Celebrations" and hopes to raise the morale of our brave women and men deployed in Afghanistan by sending them huge care packages jam packed with gum, candy, Tasty Kakes, beef jerky, baby wipes, foot powder and so on. For more on OYR of SJ: please visit: http://www.operationyellowribbonsouthjersey.org. From there you can find our Facebook page where we post thank you letters from the Troops and other cool stuff.

We are gearing up to send thousands of pounds of leftover Halloween candy and in December, baked cookies just in time to arrive for the December holidays. So here is our next fund-raising item to help with care package postage expenses:

For Sale: 2013 Ames Wrigley Variant Poster, S/N and Mint condition

http://expressobeans.com/public/detail.php/175221

In the spirit of these forums and what this band has taught us, we are trying for a win-win here. A hopefully good price for the lucky buyer and to raise funds for an important cause.

Price: $850 shipped with insurance and tracking in the United States. Outside of the US, $875.
Payment will be made directly to OYR's Paypal account and needs to be sent as a friends/family payment to avoid the Paypal surcharge fee. If you are not comfortable sending with this option, please add on another 5% to cover the fees etc.

Any questions, please feel free to PM me. Thank you for helping us help support our Troops. Every penny means something as we spend thousands each month at the post office and on care package items. I thank you all for your love and support; past, present, and future.

Geez, what's the insurance cost to ship this one?! :)

    I knew it'd be a quick sale!

It's one of those posters, that if a person has the monetary means, you have to snatch it up when it becomes available! It's a classic poster that will be worth thousands forever, especially when the supply really dries up. It certainly will evolve into a legendary Holy Grail for many!

This is against the rules of the forum FYI, that poster was originally sold way less than $850. Consider yourself reported.

  • hey the troll warlord is back, lemme guess, either mad still because you couldn't get money back from charities you donated to, or mad because somehow this was your poster and you were robbed of it. oh but you were just gonna give it away anyways right?
if you think what I believe is stupid, bizarre, ridiculous or outrageous.....it's ok, I think I had a brain tumor when I wrote that.

Guy isn't happy if he isn't piping in on Daves good nature and generosity on lost dogs

best ignored, and anyway its news to me that offering an item up for sale for less than market value is against the rules, especially when its donated to raise money for a very worthy cause.
