    Just got my replacement from UMG. Although would have preferred a red vinyl replacement for the trouble we were put through. Of course, thought preordering 2 LP's in July would mean I would be a rewarded 10C member with something unique like red vinyl too. Oh well, at least it's a kick ass album and was a phenomenal tour.

    Just got two replacement vinyls.

    Hey all,

    Been playing my copies & have a query ----
    The original plays Ok, a few cracks & pops that are quite noticable .
    The replacement (came in the same package) is better, not perfect though

    Both copies have the same matrix no. - B00 18983-01 with a circled U & roman numeral 2 further round, so I presume these are second pressing, after the really bad ones had been stopped.

    My real problem is volume - both these need to be cranked to be heard - ie volume knob at nearly 12 o'clock to match the level of another record with knob at 9 o'clock. - that's a fair bit of extra wattage!!!

    Is it worth pursuing UMG for another replacement, or do I just put up with it???

    I have finally received my vinyle 6 months before I pay it, with no excuse, 10c you makes me laugh for sure

    I'm sorry guys, I see you complaining about replacement vinyls and everything, and you're absolutely entitled to, but please keep in mind that some of us (like me in The Netherlands) have STILL NO VINYLS… :cry::cry::cry:

    Hs there been any sign/reaction that the band is aware of this fiasco, or did I miss something?

    Same here:( still nothing in the Netherlands. I thought maybe nice for under the Christmas tree but I think The vinyl will not be showing up this year. 10c just send's a reply with a default automated message.

    anyone heard back from Fischer in a while? I was trying to follow up with them about getting my seasled replaced from a couple months ago and they havent responded in 2-3 weeks :/

    Sorry for not reading all 57 pages, but has anyone received their Sevens?

    A friend told me that the shipping e-mail I got was sent by error. Just wondering why it has not arrived yet as shipments are not normally that slow.

    it has not shipped and probably wont until January or February. They are still in production...

    So all I got was a New vinyl when I sent photos with cover having problems and the inner sleeve for vinyl. The Vinyl was in a sleeve but not original just normal black sleeve. I had sent notice right after I got it and had to re email and then asked to submit photos etc. Then I just get the Vinyl.

    Guess this been a total F up for club etc. Hope they can get it straightened out for all effected.

    Good time to play F****** Up I guess and take a chill pill. :corn:

    Yes sounds about right too.
    Especially once you seen what everyone else has been through, it's hard to believe one gets one with good sleave and vinyl in one post no dramas :cry:

    I might add also that there has been freak Sleaves and vinyls in the first mail in mint condition, so it makes me wonder what went wrong ?

    I am really late to the vinyl game...if you didn't order Lightning Bolt on LP when the orders first happened, are you now SOL? How about back releases of other albums?

    I have fully functioning vinyl now(both a red & a black copy - nice!) but waiting on a decent cover & sleeves. I had forgotten to e-mail about that with trip comedown & then Christmas warm-up but e-mailed 10c a few days ago so hopefully get a response & new cover & sleeves in the new year. Hope they'll send me 2 sleeves now that I have 2 (playable) copies with the black & the red! :o8-)

    Not sure if I'd posted here or just fb but have found a good use for my unplayable copy:

    I got a bad replacement too but I kept at 'em and finally got a working copy. don't give up!
