I am highly dissapointed with 10c

I expect MUCH more out of 10C.

Couldn't have said it any better PJ Soul. Right now with the 10c I am just feeling like a dollar sign and they know if I were to stop my membership there will be others to take my place. So who am I hurting? In the end I'm hurting me come concert time. I won't let my membership lapse but I am seriously considering letting it go down to digital.

Also yeah exclusive digital content. Yeah my ass. You know I was expecting an extra song for 10c members. Not a video that I can find on youtube.

Even if they have not found a solution a simple "We are aware of the problems with the Lightning Bolt vinyl and we are looking at all solutions for this problem" would be okay with me. At least acknowledge you know about it and are trying to fix it. Not saying anything makes us feel like they could give a rats ass about it.

I would also actually expect a sincere apology. There is no excuse for the vinyl being shipped out in this condition or charging people more for the cluster fuck that is Mail Innovations. None of this should have happened, and 10C allowed it to anyway because.... why?? I don't know. I guess they just forgot to give a shit about quality?? It even sounds like a perfect copy of the LB vinyl doesn't sound any good. A band who released STBC and LTRP is dropping the ball on ensuring that their vinyl sounds good. Wtf is THAT about???

I don't think it's the STANDARD... I don't think they've ever had issues like this; it's all new.... um, any new people working in the warehouse?? Might be time for a performance review!!

My trust in 10C doing anything well has definitely been shaken though, despite the fact that my Vault #3 arrived safe and sound.... a month late.

A demo or a B-side or a live cut or something - ANYTHING - new. It's not like an extra song is unheard of. They do it all the time for the Japan releases, for example. Extra tracks or even hidden tracks are pretty common place.

I was hoping for something along the lines of additional interviews...maybe some in-studio "making of" footage. Something that truly felt "extra", ya know? We basically got a rough edit of an already released video...

I've about had it with 10C. And I'm a pretty darn patient person. The ONLY really useful tool you get for joining is the ability to use the forum and talk to other awesome fans. Other than that, there's not much point. You can buy the "holiday" single and the member pack in the store each year now. (And I swear to god, send me another stupid fucking sticker pack this year and it will definitely be my last!) Pre-sales and ticket lottery are a damn joke, and they get worse by the year.

My tracking # for the vinyl has not updated since 10/15 (Auburn, WA). Projected delivery date is today, and well, it ain't fuckin here. I WILL BE WRITING AN EMAIL TO 10C and requesting a refund on the shipping cost. I could've driven to Seattle from Maryland and been back by now. This is ridiculous.

You guys really need to step it up. DMB, NIN, Coldplay all run faaaaaaaaaar superior fan clubs.

And while I'm at it...enough with the 180gm vinyl. It's a bunch of marketing bullshit and a pain in the ass for the consumer having to change sides/records every 3 god damn songs.

Oh, and print enough damn posters so that everyone in the stadium can buy 2 if they want. Supply goes up, demand goes down, and you'll see a lot less flipping going on. Is it that hard to understand? I mean, I would think 10C and the band would want to make the money instead of third party flippers.

LB is actually on one LP... 180g still... so it doesn't sound so good, but we don't have to flip the record every 3 songs! (I get the complaint generally though.... I hate all this double-LP bullshit for regular length records).

I still love 10C, and they do a lot of things right (I mean, come on, the lead up to the LB release was spectacular!) .... I am just appalled by the whole LB vinyl debacle, and am always disappointed with the lack of communication - nothing new there.
