I really wish they'd slow down the tempo of this. The way they hurry through it makes it painful to hear.
I coukdnt agree more. and SOLAT is played way to fast
Totally agree and it's not just those 2. They play the majority of the songs too fast live esp the stuff through binaural.
Matt just doesn't understand in the way Dave and Jack did...
oh yeah, for sure, I was on the floor in Pitt so didn't really notice those around me

but being in the stands in Buffalo I was conscious of those around me, very few and far between seemed to get their groove on with the new stuff, not I though 8-)

Awesome, and jealous! I was in the stands both shows, but had TM seats in Pitts, and especially/painfully aware of people around me. ;)

My bro has been saying that for years. Don't get me wrong, matt is a great drummer but ever since he came on full time the songs have gotten faster and faster live to the point the studio versions are more fun to listen too. I'd take 5 less songs if they played the others at a slower tempo.

It's crazy. I had people behind me complaining that I wouldn't sit down. Blew my mind. Trying for floors for every show next tour, I'll just go wherever I get them

That's not just Matt, though. I'd imagine the rest of the band would've loved to play, say, "Even Flow" the way they play it now with Jack or Dave, but I don't think either of them could've handled the tempo. Nothing against them as drummers, but neither of them is Matt Cameron. And yes, I'm a Matt Cameron fanboy.

I'm currently watching the Leafs/Blackhawks game and there is PJ love in Chicago. I've heard MYM, Getaway, and Breakerfall between plays (and CBC played Sirens before the game). :)
