My Vinyl arrived in Galway Ireland today whohooo...I got an email yesterday too saying my refund had been processed :oops:

I got fed up waiting for the original to arrive and asked for a refund last week as it was for sale in my local music shop. They didn't reply to that email so email them again yesterday saying I was furious that I didn't get my Vinyl a month after release and wanted a refund asap. They replied stating they had processed the refund. Popped into work and there it was waiting for me this morning

Nothing. Getting really pissed off. 5 weeks ago today I got my shipping confirmation. This is longest ive had to wait for an order after getting shipping confirmation.
When they say its shipped, what do they actually do with the package? Put it on a ship and sail it around the world? Its a joke. Ive ordered from amazon.com and ebay.com since the shipping notice and I got my orders within 10 days.Why cant they do the same

and I couldn't blame the tenclub, they got the packages off pretty sharp from receiving them but once they leave their doors its down to the carriers........
