    I did 'hear' somewhere, Pearl Jam signed a two year contract for playing at Euro festivals... Could this be true???

    I heard they're doing a 7 night stint on O' Connell Street beginning on Christmas night and culminating with the New Years eve celebrations. The stage will be set up at the Spire faing down towards the river, and they will close on the final night with Jeff rapping Auld Lang Syne.

    don't think only 2 festivals in 2006 (Leeds/Reading and Vitoria)would qualify in that type of contract (not that I ever heard of that type of contracts..)

    yes, and the festivals they played at in 2006 and 2007 are not the same.
    That would be awesome if they do the same festivals in 2008 as in 2007...
    2006: Antwerp, Paris
    2007: Copenhagen, Werchter
    2009: Rotterdam, London
    2010: MSG, Arras, Werchter
    2012: Amsterdam, Prague, Berlin
    2014: Amsterdam, Stockholm
