I think this would be an awesome thing for them to do. I mean, they love our country and this is the first time they've done any tour like this. Why wouldn't they release a DVD about it? Makes sense to me... but I'm biased.Visit my Blog : Understanding Eli

I only mention this because I HATE the MONTREAL CANADIENS... again this is all in good fun... you'd be surprised how many people do this.

Canadiens is french for Canadians before it was a hockey team name, in the past, Canadiens was the word to describe what is known today as Quebecers before the Union act, just to let you know... and the Habs will kick your team's ass (i don't know which one it is) this season

what if.. pearl jam release a terrific dvd of canada...
but a leg of the north american tour afterwords turns out to be the best of their careers?
PLUS
no new songs for canada.
for a 2005 dvd they'll wait for the album's tour.
definetly.
sorry to bring you down
who asked you :P
seriously though, I can't see why if what you say is true, they can't release another. Or, release a Canadian dvd only in Canada. I'm sure there are enough Canadian fans willing to buy and pay whatever price they charge. One is too many and a thousand never enough0 -
canadian dvd would be great!0

I would buy one or 20.0

Bono on RITFW0 -
I would LOVE to see a Cnd tour DVD, that would be fucking amazing to see! I'd love to see the Winnipeg and Thunder Bay clips. Out of the shows that I went to, I only saw a camera in Toronto, one hand held when Bono was on stage and one at the back of the flr. They must of had one in Hamilton to film the video for "Jack and Jen".
The London show with Stone shaking his ass, Hamilton with the tuxs for Harvest and in Kitchener with Eds fuck ups and the insane crowd would make for a killer DVD!0 -
I'm not sure if it was Saskatoon or not, but Eddie said that the first 4 songs of 1 of the shows were going to be broadcast in the US.0
-
I hope on daily basis that they release a Canadian DVD of this tour....need to witness the energy of PJ over and over and over and over and over and over and over 1000x again.....0

a dvd would be sweet!!!0

It would have to have Stone's funky dance from from Hamilton or Montreal, were Ed said Stone can sing anytime he wants, and Stone says he'd rather dance, lol"Music, for me, was fucking heroin." eV (nothing Ed has said is more true for me personally than this quote)

"I don't agree that they would not do a DVD simply because there's a new record coming out in early 2006. After all, I would imagine they'll do a great US tour, and likely release a complete show to DVD"
I agree...what also plays into my mind is where the band members thoughts are right now. Although he hasn't been "over the top" anti-Bush or anti war vocally on this tour, I think it means allot to Ed and the band to be touring in Canada right now, considering their feelings about the direction this country is taking.
Lets not turn this into a political post...I just think thats one more issue that makes this particular part of the tour special to the band and I think the energy and playful mood really reflects it.
So...another reason I think there is a chance it could happen!!0 -

London. That boy was really shaking his ass off.

They could easily release a showbox style DVD, no promo, no fancy artwork, just a nice DVD for the club.Touch Me I'm Dick0

Yeah A 2005 type Touring dvd would be great. If they do not release Gorge as its own dvd, I hope we see some of it on a dvd mix with the Canadian shows. I am soooooo Jealous, cause I am hearing so many great things from each show. I want to see this dance Stone did too!!PJ: 10/14/00 06/09/03 10/4/09 11/15/13 11/16/13 10/08/14
