Out of curiosity, how much was the patch set originally?
$5 each. I got one of each. Happened to be standing next to merch table during the rain delay and someone came up with an arm full. Bought one of each. Game guitar one to my buddy who couldnt make it, kept the Wrigley one. Got a wrist band an tshirt the same way.

They use UPS Mail Innovations which means the package is delivered by UPS to your local post office and then the post office is responsible for the delivery. Try using the Postal Service's website for tracking, but I find tracking is never reliable with UPS Mail Innovations and it some cases it can take days for the UPS website to update.
