    I am pretty maxed out with 3... Feel free to fire up another conference I think there are 12.

    Basically get everyone's email, and prize pledge. Then send out an email explaining/ironing out the rules, randomize the draft order (on page 1 of this thread).
    The best draft practice seems to be a google doc, and everyone can write their picks, cross out a song, and announce it in the email 'thread'.

    I know the Gossard Conference is 100% on its way.
    McCready has 2 left in the 1st round I believe

    Ament will just get started today, so if anyone has disappeared, we may need a reserve.

    However, it seems like a new COnference will start.

    One thing. Do you cross of songs isolated to the conferences or for everyone?

    Example. If someone takes Evenflow in the McCready conference, can someone in Gossard pick it or not? :)

    So, if Im correct 120 unique songs will be picked per conference...

    How many different songs are played each tour on average nowadays? Anyone know?

    Totally off the top of my head, but I've seen the number 100 - 120 thrown around.

    Ok, thanks. I know Eddie speaks about in on one of the Mansfield boots. But that was in 2003, so they must have added some songs (and removed Help Help, haha)

    CAMERON conference is filled. We have 12 who have responded (including me). If more are interested, let me know, but right now, everyone that responded is in. I will send out an email later to all to start the draft, with rules, prize pledges, etc... Everything will be the same as the other 3 conferences.

    For the last show in Seattle, if people are rooting for certain songs to be played/not played, following at 2AM on the forum.... that would be cool.
