I feel so bad for everyone there. Hope they get an extended curfew.

They should have played Evacuation while everyone was being ushered out.

Wow, I never thought of that, but it is ironic, isn't it? I hope everyone there stays safe, and that the band is able to continue playing very soon. Really feel for everyone concerned. :(

    Agreed. Hope everyone stays safe.

Hopefully the worst of it will head out on the lake before it hits Wrigley, but yeah,
it looks nasty - lots of lightning and some hail.

I wonder if those thousands of people that paid up the wooha for tix are going to protest StubHub.

Sorry, I still think its a lame album title. It's like they didn't want to think very hard and named it "pickle".

Time for a little Porch action-

I had to log in to laugh at this one :D

Seriously though, what a bummer for all parties. You have to imagine they will be ripping the place up with the angry set when this blows over. Stay safe all!

What a shame. Especially when it's been hot as hell with no rain at all for the past week (at least here on the East Coast it's been like that). I had a bad feeling about this show from the moment it was announced. Not sure why. Not that I was thinking weather. But weather/power failure/sound problems/murders....I just had a feeling there'd be some sort of detour. Hopefully, they get to extend the curfew well into the night for the people there and they get a good full show. All they've gotten at this point is a 7 song set. And possibly, the most boring 7 song set you can imagine. Nothingman, Come Back, Low LIght, Small Town....wake me when it's over.

There's a band moving on the northern edge of Chicago and then another headed straight for it, maybe 30 minutes away. This is too bad; maybe they could have started earlier but I don't think playing late's an option there. The obvious thing would be just to reschedule for tomorrow night but I'm sure it's easier said then done...
