The very first Record Store Day happened back on April 19, 2008 .. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Record_Store_Day .
The first Black Friday Record Store Day was on November 26, 2010. Since then we get 2 RSD events per year!0 -

For those looking for the good record stores in Portland (or other cities), please consult vinylrecordcollector.net. Funny enough,Portland is pretty much the best city in the country for vinyl. There is a record store guide that is available in most of the stores. Happy hunting!0
